Full Parking Lots at West King Wednesday

West King Wednesday St. Augustine Florida

West King Wednesday officially launched in August, and two months later it has taken off.

The West King Wednesday movement is drawing mid-week crowds to the West Augustine Business District just West of US1.

BOG Brewing Company is just one example of the West King Wednesday success, as the place was bursting to the brim with new and old patrons, and parking was hard to find around West King Street.

At Bog Brewing Company a newly-added pergola and extra tables brought a special ambiance, and Taco My Blessing was busy keeping up with the demand for their tacos, nachos and tasty menu items.

Soirees For Days had been invited to bring their mobile costume bus Ursula.

With Halloween around the corner, many customers were eager to go green this Halloween by renting their costumes instead of buying new. The mobile costume bus enabled customers to browse the costume assortment and even try on clothes right on the bus.

Buena Onda Cafe

At Buena Onda Cafe, a cafe specializing in vegetarian and vegan food, West King Wednesday is a full experience with artist pop-up shops such as Maven Maker, tarot readings and more.

Up and down West King Street the succes of West King Wednesday was visible, with artisan pop-up shops, special deals, music and even a special West King brew.

In August at the first West King Wednesday, Ashlee Raven from Mystic Concoctions and the owner of Raven Promotions & Social Media, expressed how her vision for West King Wednesdays included full parking lots as well as sidewalks full of people supporting the local businesses, and judging by the activity tonight, Raven has already accomplished much of her vision just two months later.

West King Wednesday is every third Wednesday.
